Fast-Track CHC
For those in the last weeks/months of life, fast-track funding is typically approved within 48 hours, covering all care costs. We handle the application process.
NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)
Most people receiving palliative/end-of-life care qualify for fully NHS-funded care. We support fast-track CHC applications.
Hospice Funding
Some hospices fund care at home. We work with hospice at home teams.
Marie Curie / Macmillan
Charities may provide nursing care free. We coordinate alongside these services.
