Sunset Care was founded by Mr Nnaemeka Nwankwo and Mrs Dorothy Nwankwo with a simple but powerful belief: that everyone deserves to receive compassionate, high-quality care in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.
With over 15 years of experience working in the care sector, Nnaemeka and Dorothy witnessed firsthand the profound difference that personalised, consistent care makes to people's lives. Too often, care felt rushed, impersonal or disconnected from what truly mattered to families.
That experience sparked a vision – to create a care provider that puts people first, values relationships over routines, and treats every client with the dignity, respect and individuality they deserve.
Since our founding, we've remained committed to those values. We're a small, dedicated team based in England & Wales, and that's exactly how we want to stay. It allows us to know our clients personally, match carers thoughtfully, and ensure the highest standards of care every single day.

Every carer undergoes enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks before joining our team.
Qualified & Trained
Our carers hold NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care, plus specialist training in dementia, safeguarding and first aid.
